Food Anthologies
Within the past five decades, the establishment of the food industry has caused a profound transformation in the way we see, produce, and distribute food on a global scale.

Food Anthologies investigate how food reflects and portray the socio-political environment it is consumed in and reflectes on the problematic relationship between agriculture and climate chanage.
By focusing on three generations of women in northern Italy and their connection with food and pasta making, the research analyzes the evolving link between food, tradition and industrialization.

Adopting non linear narrative the pubblication speculates on a future where our food culture is forced to adapt to the necessities of a warmer, more crowded planet.
